Securing Your Date
Your event date is secured once your booking has been confirmed and a 50% deposit has been received.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made more than 3 months before your event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. For cancellations within 3 months of your event, the deposit is non-refundable.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Your Booking
Your quote is tailored to the details provided at the time of enquiry. If you'd like to add services, extend performance times or make changes to your booking, we're happy to update your quote accordingly.
Travel
Our standard pricing covers events within 25 km of Sydney or Melbourne. Events outside this area may include an additional travel fee, which will always be communicated before your booking is finalised.
Venue Access & Parking
Please ensure appropriate access and parking is available for our team so we can set up and pack down smoothly. Any venue-specific parking costs may be added to your booking.
Equipment & Venue Care
We take care of our equipment and ask that guests do the same. The client may be responsible for repair or replacement costs where equipment is damaged by guests during an event.
Changes Outside Our Control
Sometimes circumstances outside anyone's control can affect an event. If a member of our team becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we'll make every reasonable effort to ensure your booked service continues with another experienced member of the Premium Events team. If we're unable to provide the service, payments made for that service will be refunded.
Photography
We love sharing moments from the events we're part of. From time to time, event imagery may be featured across Premium Events' website and social media. If you'd prefer your event not to be featured, simply let us know.
Payment
Payment details and instructions will be provided with your invoice.
